The Southwestern region is centered in the city of London extending north to south from the Bruce Peninsula on Lake Huron to Lake Erie’s shoreline, and east to south-west roughly from Guelph to Windsor.
As part of its provincial strategy, SCAGO works with the Victoria Hospital which houses the SCD comprehensive care program. Client services offered by SCAGO in this region include our stalwart learning for life program to support disease management by families and lunch and learn for knowledge translation among care providers. We appreciate Drs. Soumitra Tole, Ziad Solh, and their team for the continued support of SCAGO’s initiatives in this region.
