An annual session dating to 2008, the SCAGO is pleased to offer this year again, the “Transition from Pediatric to Adult Life on Sat. July 27th! This event includes a wide variety of speakers such as medical experts, a clinical navigator, and university accommodation and apprenticeship program representatives who will shine light on what it is and how to effectively transition to adult life. Families of children, youth and young adults with sickle cell disease are encouraged to register and attend the session.
