Juliet Uchegbue is a Sickle Cell Warrior and a dedicated Registered Nurse. Juliet has 14 years’ experience in community health, palliative care, palliative care case management, hospital case management, and Alternate level of Care (ALC) – Long-term Care (LTC) assessments and placements. She is also a PSW Instructor at a Toronto College. Juliet has longstanding passion and compassion for caring for people from diverse population and continues to show support and train new nurses transition into the nursing workforce.
Juliet earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University and her Master’s degree in Public Health from University of Waterloo. Outside of work, Juliet enjoys spending time visiting family in USA, reading clinical research articles, visiting her friends, and volunteering at her local church. To her, faith, family, friends are her core support system. She describes her whole life to be centered on her faith in God and draws from that strength in her daily journey.
