Social Worker
Sarah is a Social Worker in the Hemoglobinopathy Clinic at McMaster University Medical Centre (MUMC). Sarah supports inpatient and outpatient, for both pediatric and adult patients. Sarah has a passion for advocacy, community work and supporting patients with what they identify their needs to be. Previous to Sarah’s role in the hemoglobinopathy clinic at MUMC, she was working in an outpatient hospital setting, and community agency supporting children, youth and families. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and being in nature.
