She enjoys taking advantage of long walks through the trails of the Outaouais National Park or spending time with her family enjoying good times. Tanya is an activist in her heart. She is always prompted to contribute to different awareness actions or campaigns for women, children, or black people. Her motto: Awareness is key! She hopes to bring her contribution and expertise to the Patient Advisory and Advocacy Council (PAAC) of SCAGO, an organization whose mission is in line with her deepest values and helps advance the sickle cell cause in Canada.
