Preventing Burnout

We understand that taking care of a loved one with sickle cell disease, be it a spouse, child or other family members could bring on a stressful toil. As such, through the BCCHC grant, the Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario will be providing respite support to 50 families at $170/family in addition to the ongoing Respite, Emergency, and Transportation support that we currently offer.
