Carol Kennedy has a clinical background in physiotherapy and training in clinical epidemiology. Carol is currently a leader in the Clinical and Quality Standards program at Ontario Health. In this role, she works with an advisory committee (including people with lived experience, clinicians, researchers, and administrators) to develop quality standards that focus on conditions or processes of care where there are large variations in how care is delivered, or where there are gaps between the care provided in Ontario and the care patients should receive. Carol is currently co-leading a quality standard for sickle cell disease.
