NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SCAGO TO STAKEHOLDERS, MEMBERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC

In accordance with article 8:01 of the Bylaw of the Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario (SCAGO) which stipulates that “Each annual meeting shall be held within twelve (12) months after the last preceding annual meeting, and not later than fifteen months (15)”; we are providing you the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the SCAGO 2021. The meeting will be held virtually and the registration link is below.

Registration Deadline: 10th February 2022. Registered individuals will be provided with meeting login details no later than 10th February 2022.
Membership: Members in good standing are eligible to vote at this meeting. To become a member, complete the application process here.
Donors: Donors of $250 or more are conferred membership in the giving year. If you donated $250 or more in 2021, you will receive an invitation to attend the AGM. You do not need to pay membership dues.
Proxy: Members who may not be able to attend need the proxy to appoint the president, or failing her, the secretary or someone else as a proxy, with the power of substitution, to attend and vote on their behalf.
